SNOWSHOEING EXPLORER I (Beginners)

Join Kayren for the morning and learn the basics of snowshoeing while enjoying the breathtaking winter scenery in this beautiful Conservation Area. This program is intended for those who have never tried snowshoeing before, however, all skill levels are welcome and snowshoes & instruction will be provided plus a complimentary mug of hot chocolate afterwards in the picturesque cabin of the Watershed Learning Centre. Only 10 places will be available, so book early!! Deadline for booking is January 23, by which time Kayren must have received your cheque for $13 (or $10 for Seniors 60+) which will confirm your place. This fee covers park admittance, rental of the snowshoes and the UKC levy of $5….. a bargain price !!! and refundable only if the program is cancelled due to inclement weather – 'no shows' will forfeit their money as it will be donated to Credit Valley Conservation.
